Price and billing
How much does a website cost?
From €900 + VAT. Most small businesses choose Studio, from €2,500. You get the exact price in a quote before work starts. What websites usually cost.
What raises the price?
Number of pages, me writing the texts for you, languages and integrations. These are made clear before the quote, so there are no surprise bills.
Will there be surprise bills?
No. The starting price and what raises it are made clear before the quote. The quote is fixed. Maintenance is separate, and you can leave it out.
How does billing work?
VAT 25.5% (Finnish VAT) is added to the prices, and the project is billed in one to three instalments. The quote is fixed. Full pricing.
Schedule and process
How long does it take to build a website?
1.5 weeks at the fastest, 7 weeks for the largest. The schedule is agreed in writing before work starts.
What if the schedule slips?
If the delay is my fault, you don't pay the second instalment until the site is finished.
What do I need to have ready?
Texts and images. The schedule starts once they are ready. If you don't have time to write, I can write the texts for you, which raises the price.
How does the work go?
On a call you tell me what you need, and you see the first draft within 5 working days. Then we finish the text and images, test on a phone and launch.
Ownership and maintenance
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, site and code are in your name from the start. You can take everything at any time, and any developer can carry on.

What does maintenance cost?
Basic €79/month, Growth €180/month and Growth + content €320/month. Basic keeps the site working, Growth adds tracking and a monthly report. Read more.
Is maintenance required?
No. The site is handed over finished even without maintenance. If you take it, the minimum term is 3 months, and the site keeps working even if maintenance ends.
Will the site break?
The site is static, with no plugins that go out of date. I test it on a phone and a computer before launch and fix errors for 30 days after launch at no extra cost.
Being found
Will the site show up on Google and in AI search?
The site is built so that Google and AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini) understand what you do. I can't promise rankings, because they can't be measured in advance. Visibility in AI search.
Is visibility part of every package?
Yes. The basics of being found are part of every package at no extra cost. The larger packages include more of this work.
Can the site be in several languages?
Yes. Each language gets its own address, so Google shows the right language version. The Virtalaki site was built in four languages.
What does the free website review include?
I go through your site on a phone and a computer. Within 2 working days I send a report: what works, what is worth fixing and what it would cost. Request a review.
AI automations
What does AI automation mean?
AI prepares repetitive work for you, for example messages, quote templates and a weekly summary. You check and approve before anything goes out.
How much does AI automation cost?
AI assistant €990 + VAT, staff version €1,490. AI system for your business from €4,900 + €490/month. Automations.
Will a message go to a customer without me?
No. AI prepares and you approve. AI can make mistakes, so a person checks the result, and I don't promise time savings in advance.
